I’m Emma — a Realtor and Appraisal Institute of Canada Candidate Member with a background in education, a love for gardening, and a strong connection to the small-town lifestyle. I grew up in Newbury, Ontario (population 400), and now live in Burks Falls with my partner and two young kids.
I bring a grounded, detail-oriented approach to real estate — calm in the chaos, good at explaining the process in plain language, and always focused on what’s best for the client. I hold a BA and BEd, and I’ve worked hard to build a life that’s rooted in family, hard work, and community connection.

My name is William Coombs, and I’ve lived my entire life in the Almaguin Highlands — born in South River, now based in Sundridge. I’ve worked and travelled across every backroad in this region. It’s more than where I live — it’s home in the truest sense of the word.
